We are looking for an individual who wants to work in a very small team, take on a wide variety of roles and has a practical edge to join our family run business.
This role provides the opportunity to be hands on in both a practical sense and an administrative sense. In the office strong communicative and organisational skills are essential.
Responsibilities will include providing attentive customer service, monitoring stock levels and process orders from the initial placement of the order, to the customer receiving their goods and everything in between. Other tasks may include but are not limited to, reconciliation of accounts over 2 companies, invoicing and VAT returns.
The role will entail being adept at understanding online business processes, keeping in touch with customers and suppliers via telephone or email and ensuring customer satisfaction and the reputation of the business continues to further strengthen upon the high levels we expect.
Location: Lund Court Farm, Nawton, YO62 7TZ (Located between Kirkbymoorside and Helmsley)
Wage is dependant on experience.
