The Tread is crafted of hardened 17-4 stainless steel links. These highly detailed links require injection moulding, a process that none of Leatherman’s competitors use in the same level of detail, to craft each complex part (the bit drivers in our multi-purpose tools use the same process). Available in polished stainless steel and black DLC finishes.

The Tread is adjustable to 1/4”to accommodate any wrist size, and each unique link has several tools, even the clasp has a 1/4” socket driver and bottle opener. Need a different tool? The bracelet links are customisable, so you can simply use a coin or other small object in the slotted fasteners to swap out links for what you need most.
